Exploding Water Wells South Of Denver

Just returned from the Baltimore, maryland hotel downtown near pepsi center for an auto repair convention and wanted to pass on this story: About 163 miles south of Denver lies Walsenburg, Colorado (not too far from Boulder I guess). This is where Bernice and Jerry Angle live. In 2007 their water well exploded. There were no injuries but flames reached a hieght of 30 feet.
All in all, it has been two full years since then and the couple has had to truck water in because Walsenburg, and Huerfano County, have had no satisfaction. Another explosion at another home had left Colorado no choice but to suspend further drilling for gas in the area. Dangerous levels of methane gas are finding the way into the groundwater.
