In Denver News: 6 charged in Montrose Incident

I just returned from Washington by auto and there was no accident luckily, writing time over here., Several news outlets reported on December 1, 2009, that three people were taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado after taking a fall at an abandoned electrical power plant. The Montrose police report that the three injured, aged 19 to 26, trespassed onto private property. All in all, the three people climbed a catwalk and fell. Two fell several stories onto pavement. The third was caught in mid-air, dangling by a strap on his backpack. Joshua Drown of Delta, Colorado, age 21, came loose and fell further before authorities could assist him. Someone needs a good lawyer, that is for sure.
The three face charges including unlawful consumption of alcohol and unlawful entry. Luckily for them no drunk auto driving or dui charge. Stephanie Pickett, 19 years old, was airlifted to a Denver hospital. She sustained multiple fractures. She will be charged with underage possession of alcohol and unlawful entry. Obviously someone will need a Washington accident lawyer as this firm is great if you need a highly qualified Washington state car accident attorney or should I say a good car accident lawyer Washington with some experience overall in these types of cases.
23-year-old Rebecca Miller of Montrose is also expected to face charges. She sustained head and facial injuries. It has been reported by authorities that the group crawled beneath a fence at the plant. Some of them climbed up to a catwalk. Apparently they were so impaired by alcohol that they didn’t see that a floor panel was missing. Someone needs a top lawyers in this case. Well I suppose this is all better than an auto accident at least.
